Our Alumni Keep Coming Back For More
Some companies call it customer retention but we at StarVista LIVE like the warmer, more descriptive phrase “showing our guests a great time”. We knew that guests having a great time meant we would get to do the cruise again and looking back over the 7 years, we clearly got to do it again (and again) but also to share the cruise with old friends. In any one year, more than 50% of our guests book the following year, many of them on board! As for the other 50%, we see many Friends & Family, many previous year’s alumni and of course new friends.
